Larry Hunter, DPT - Larry D Hunter has been a physical therapist in Cache valley and Box Elder County for 28 years specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, running and biomechanical evaluations, orthotic fabrication and fitting, functional capacity evaluations, job site evaluations, and post hire employment screening. He graduated Physical Therapy school at Wichita State University, and received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. He holds certifications in Dry Needling, Graston® soft tissue mobilization, and Isernhagen job matching, work injury management and preventions system.
Craig Pabst, MSPT, DPT - Craig was born and raised in Springville, UT but considers Cache Valley home where he has resided for the past 30 years. He completed his undergraduate work at BYU and graduated with his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Texas Women’s University in Houston, TX. He has extensive experience in treating patients with a broad variety of orthopedic conditions. His clinical interests include manual therapy of spine and extremities with emphasis in Applied Functional Science. In addition, he has an interest in wound care and TMJ dysfunction. Craig enjoys the interaction with his patients and the opportunities to help them get back to the things they enjoy doing.
Sheila Waddoups, PT - Sheila graduated from the Physical Therapy program at the University of Utah in 1993. She has been employed by Mountain West Physical Therapy since 2001, and is currently working at the Campus Clinic of Mountain West Physical Therapy and at Cache Valley Hospital on the Inpatient floor. Her specialties include: Women’s Health issues such as pelvic pain and urinary incontinence, outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation for post-operative recovery from joint surgeries, back pain, neck pain, headaches, manual therapy for joint mobilization, trigger point release, myofascial release and soft tissue mobilization, Dry Needling, Neuro rehabilitation for strokes, and other neurological conditions (NDT certified), general weakness, geriatric issues such as balance and weakness, ergonomic education regarding posture and body mechanics.
Ryan Green, MSPT - Graduated from UNLV in 2005 with a Master’s in Physical Therapy. He is originally from Cache Valley where he attended Utah State University for his undergraduate. Ryan enjoys working with patients of all aspects including home health, outpatient, and inpatient physical therapy. He has training in the treatment of spine disorders and manual therapy including dry needling and joint mobilization. He enjoys working with athletes of all ages, specifically runners and performing running evaluations to improve running technique and to diagnose disorders associated with running.
Allison Mason, DPT - Allison Mason has been a physical therapist specializing in vestibular, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation for more than nine years in Cache Valley. Allison earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNLV after graduating from Utah State University with a B.S. in Pre Physical Therapy. Allison is interested in providing personalized hands-on care to a variety of patient populations including vestibular and balance disorders, post-op conditions, orthopedics, chronic pain, sports and recreational injuries, spine care and headaches. Allison has specialized training in manual therapy, vestibular therapy, visceral manipulation and cranial therapy.
Brad Thomas, MSPT - Brad Thomas has Master’s degree in Physical Therapy with over 30 years of experience. He has taken a wide array of continuing education courses and works in most areas of physical therapy. He works with problems with the back, neck, hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, etc. and has developed a Headache program. He specializes in manual therapy, and also has experience with Strokes, balance issues, as well as post-surgical care. He also performs Functional Capacity evaluations.
Tiera Jolley, PTA - Tiera graduated from Idaho State University in 2014 with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting. She has worked at Mountain West Physical Therapy and Cache Valley Hospital since 2014, assisting the physical therapists with a variety of patients in the outpatient clinic including orthopedic, return to sport, wound care, and pre-employment screenings, etc. She also assists in the hospital on the inpatient floor with orthopedic rehabilitation including post-operative total joint replacement, and post-operative back surgeries, as well as general medical patients. Along with inpatient and outpatient experience, Tiera also has experience in the Home Health setting helping patients with general weakness as well as post-operatively.
Ryan Godfrey, MS OTR/L CHT - Graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Education in 1997, then Completed a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2000. He began working for MWPT in 2000 and has since specialized in hand rehab. In 2007 Ryan became credentialed as a Certified Hand Therapist and has since maintained the credential and has attended many conferences/seminars that focus on the latest hand rehabilitative protocols and techniques. Specialties and areas of interest include custom splinting, return to work programs, Isernhagen trained for job placement/matching, joint mobilization techniques (IAOM courses) including the wrist, elbow and thumb.
Genessa Oak, OT - Genessa was born and raised in Riverside, California. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2006, she attended the University of Utah where she earned a Masters of Occupational Therapy.She has worked as an Occupational Therapist for 7 years in a variety of settings, butprimarily with the older adult population. Genessa is also a CarFit Technician for the AARP Driver Safety Program. She currently lives in Smithfield with her husband, 3-year-old girl, and 2-year-old boy. Genessa enjoys going on bike rides, cooking, and teaching piano lessons.

Camille Porter, DPT - Camille is a trained practitioner in orthopedic and manual therapies. She treats everything from sports and orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehab, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions to headaches, vestibular rehab, and soft tissue dysfunctions. Her clinic provides aquatic therapy and Camille finds working with patients in the water very rewarding as they are able to move and exercise with less pain and better quality than when doing land based therapy. She is certified in the Graston Technique® for soft tissue treatment, vestibular rehab certified, and she has done specialized training in craniosacral treatment techniques.
Mary Olson, PT - Mary Olsen, PT has recently joined the Mountain West Physical Therapy team at SARC. Mary is a long-time Alaskan with family ties in Cache Valley. She and has recently relocated to Cache Valley with her husband, Dale, their son, Michael and Golden Retriever, Chilkoot. Mary is a graduate of the University of Maryland, School of Medicine where she was privileged to study under the mentorship of the late Florence P. Kendall. She has practiced physical therapy for more than 30 years in outpatient orthopedics, chronic pain management, vestibular rehabilitation, and women's health. Mary is certified in vestibular rehabilitation, has extensive training as an orthopedic manual therapist, is a certified Strain-Counterstrain practitioner and is certified in Craniosacral Mobilization. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), APTA Orthopedic Section, and APTA Neurology Section, Vestibular Special Interest Group. Mary is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals of maximizing function and mobility. She works one on one with her patients using a caring, professional, and evidenced based approach. Mary is also a licensed single engine land and seaplane pilot. She also enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and hunting, and as an avid distance runner, she has completed 10 marathons, so far.

Samantha Winder, ATC - - Sam is an Athletic Trainer at Logan High School. She received her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training from Weber State, then went on to earn her Masters of Science in Athletic Training from University of Northern Iowa. Her specialties are athletic injuries and rehab. She has worked in the high school setting for the last 10 years.
